Who are we?

At Squire Coaching, we provide personalised 1:1 support through movement — helping individuals build confidence, routine, independence, and overall wellbeing in a way that feels safe, supportive, and achievable.

We support NDIS participants, children, teens, and adults across the Geelong, Surf Coast, and Bellarine Peninsula through flexible sessions tailored to the individual. Sessions can take place at home, in the community, outdoors, or within a gym environment — depending on what works best for the person.

Our approach goes beyond traditional personal training. We combine movement-based support with real-world skill building, using exercise and activity as tools to improve both physical and mental wellbeing. Whether the goal is building strength, increasing community participation, creating structure and routine, or simply feeling more confident getting out and moving, every session is designed around the individual and their needs.

Our team comes from a mix of personal training, exercise science, and support backgrounds, allowing us to provide structured, adaptable support while creating genuine connection and trust with the people we work with.

At the core of Squire Coaching is a simple belief — support should feel personal, consistent, and realistic to everyday life. We aim to create an environment where individuals feel comfortable showing up as themselves, while being supported to make meaningful progress at their own pace.
