Who are we?
At Squire Coaching we provide individualised 1:1 Personal Training sessions for NDIS participants. We can work out of a private space, a park or even your own home. Removing any barriers making fitness truely individual & accessible for all.
Our mission is simple, we want to support you through movement. Only 25% of people with disabilities participate in regular weekly exercise. Our goal is to increase that statistic. We want to ensure everyone has the same opportunities to move their bodies & exercise when they’d like.
Getting started is simple! Simply choose a time for a meeting & we will reach out to you via a call, we will run through all the details & get your weekly sessions booked in. We work with a range of NDIS providers & participants ensuring we meet the latest guidelines & stay up to date. We can answer any questions you may have.
Everyone should have the right to have access to fitness & move their bodies. As an often marginalised group, people with disabilities do not have the same access to these activities. If you know someone who could benefit from weekly movement do not hesitate to get in touch!
