At Squire Coaching, we provide personalised 1:1 support designed around the individual — helping build confidence, routine, wellbeing, and long-term progress through movement.
As a registered NDIS provider, our experienced male & female trainers deliver flexible mobile sessions across Geelong, the Surf Coast, and Bellarine — at home, in the community, or within a supportive gym environment. Our approach is structured yet adaptable, focused on creating trust, consistency, and positive routines — not just exercise.
