Henry Squire - Director & Trainer

Henry is the director of the company and has been working in the gym space as a PT for over 3 years now, finding my passion within the NDIS sector as a mobile PT. I believe everyone should have access to fitness, removing barriers & bringing fitness to all.

I have a huge amount of gratitude for the work I do, I love showing up each day and helping people achieve their dreams and goals.

If anyone has any experience working in the NDIS sector, you know how rewarding it is. My goal is to help these people increase their health and wellness! As only 25% move their body at least once a week.

Bailey Lingard - Trainer

With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science and a passion for helping people move and feel their best, Bailey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every session.

He’s committed to supporting clients in reaching their fitness goals through a caring, motivating, and down-to-earth approach — whether that’s building strength, improving confidence, or just getting back into a healthy routine.

Tommy Hankin - Trainer

Tommy is a dedicated Run Coach and Personal Trainer who specialises in improving strength, running capacity, and overall functional fitness. He delivers safe, individualised, and structured training tailored to each participant’s goals and abilities, with a strong focus on building confidence and long-term physical capacity.

He is passionate about supporting people through positive, practical coaching and provides NDIS-appropriate sessions that promote independence, participation, and sustainable progress through movement.

Daniel Banister - Trainer

Experienced in strength training with general population, young/adolescent athletes and sub-elite athletes. Assisting with rehabilitation programs and improving athletic development.

Strong passion for the sporting industry to improve professional development with applied learning opportunities to enhance individual and team performance.

Lachie Brown - Trainer

Lachie is a qualified Personal Trainer with a strong background in coaching and working with people of all abilities. Through his experience with Coerver Coaching, he has spent years developing athletes’ skills, confidence, and love for movement. Alongside this, his work as a swim teacher has helped him build patience, adaptability, and a genuine ability to connect with individuals at all stages of their journey.

Now offering both Personal Training and support work, Lachie brings a calm, engaging approach to every session—focused on building confidence, improving movement, and creating a positive, enjoyable environment tailored to each person.

Jack Scott - Trainer

Jack has recently started taking on participants after completing his Personal Training degree, and he’s already going from strength to strength with every session. He brings a warm, gentle approach to all of his clients, creating an environment where people feel comfortable, supported, and confident to show up as themselves.

Originally from regional Victoria, Jack understands the importance of community, connection, and making health and fitness accessible for everyone. He has a genuine passion for the industry and a strong drive to help others improve their wellbeing—both physically and mentally.

Jack now offers both Personal Training and support work, focusing on building trust, confidence, and independence through movement. Whether it’s structured training, getting out into the community, or simply creating positive routines, he’s all about meeting people where they’re at and supporting them every step of the way.

Tyler Leonard - Trainer

Tyler is an absolute legend within the industry, bringing over five years of hands-on experience working in the disability sector.

She has built a strong reputation for her calm, caring, and reliable approach, always putting her participants first and creating a safe, supportive environment where people can truly thrive. Tyler understands the importance of connection, routine, and individualised support, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every session is meaningful and engaging.

Whether it’s out in the community, building independence, or incorporating movement into her support, Tyler brings a genuine passion for helping others live more confidently and comfortably in their day-to-day lives.

Brandon Saddington - Trainer

Brandon is a passionate and approachable trainer who is dedicated to helping people build confidence, improve their wellbeing and enjoy being active in a supportive environment. He believes fitness should be accessible, enjoyable and tailored to every individual, no matter their experience or ability level.

With a calm and encouraging approach, Brandon focuses on creating sessions that are both engaging and goal-oriented, while making sure participants feel comfortable, motivated and included every step of the way. He enjoys building genuine connections with clients and takes pride in supporting people to develop routine, independence and confidence through movement and community participation.

Whether training in a gym, at home or out in the community, Brandon brings positive energy, patience and a strong commitment to helping every participant achieve their own version of success. His sessions are centred around creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere where people can challenge themselves, celebrate progress and enjoy the process along the way.

Laura Arnold - Trainer

Laura is a passionate and driven team member currently in her third year of university, studying Exercise & Sport Science alongside Psychology. With a strong interest in both movement and the mind, Laura brings a well-rounded, thoughtful approach to every session.

Her journey began early, working as a swim coach throughout high school, which sparked her passion for helping others build confidence through movement. Since then, she has continued to develop her knowledge and skills through her studies, and is currently applying to assist in research trials within sport-related fields—further strengthening her understanding of performance, behaviour, and individual needs.

Laura has a particular passion for female training and is committed to creating a supportive, empowering environment where clients feel comfortable and motivated. She is easy-going, confident, and believes movement should always be engaging and enjoyable.

Through both Personal Training and support work, Laura focuses on adapting her approach to suit each individual—helping build confidence, improve wellbeing, and create positive, lasting habits.
